Where May I Serve?
Usher
The responsibility of the usher is to hand out bulletins; assist with seating; collect the offering; direct the flow of traffic during communion; and counts those in attendance. Offers a welcoming presence.
Greeter
The greeter welcomes all those to worship and assists the usher with handing out bulletins.
Altar Guild
works in teams; sets up & cleans up the communion linens and wares, both for intinction and kneeling approximately twice a year.
Communion Assistant
Assists the pastors in serving communion.
Scripture Reader
Reads the text of the First Lesson; Psalm; Second Lesson and the Prayers of the Church.
Acolyte
Lights and extinguishes the candles for worship.
